	Description: This presentation will discuss the dynamics of the Route 91 Harvest Festival massacre in Las Vegas on October 1st 2017 at the Mandalay Bay. The presentation is 1.5 hours and encompasses the details of the incident, the suspect, the victims, and the police response to the incident. This presentation includes audio and video of the incident with some discussion of SWAT related concerns.

	Description: Chief Witmer will share the challenges faced by fire's response to the North Bay fire. In October 2017, small fires fueled by extreme winds merged into six massive fires, burning more than 200,000 acres, destroying 8,900 structures, and killing 43 people. The biggest fires were in Sonoma and Napa counties.
